Let me be honest: It takes hard work to grow as a human being. It takes a level of consistency and effort that most people cannot muster on their own. That is why having a coach is so important.
In fact, I have my own coach to help me grow in life and business as well. (Every good coach has a coach!)
I know that no elite athlete ever makes it to the top without a great coach by their side. Why then, would I think I can make it to elite levels of life and business without a coach? It has made all the difference for me, and I am determined to do that for you as well.
I truly believe you have much more potential than you could ever imagine. That potential is inside you like a dormant seed ready to sprout and break through the soil. It just needs a bit of cultivation, water, and some sunlight to get it started.
The difference is, you have to choose to grow. An apple seed MUST do what it was designed to do. People, on the other hand, can choose either to grow or not grow. The only sustainable motivation happens when you decide that you want to grow.
As a coach and entrepreneur, I will help you see your full potential and teach you how to achieve it in life and business. Working with me you will get much more than an inspirational guide, you will get all of the years of experience and expertise earned through discipline, trial and error, and persistency pouring into your life. I don't just want you to be a successful entrepreneur, but a whole and mature person who sees the value of all that God has given you in this life.
My passion and calling is to help Christians fulfill their true potential by turning their calling into a life-changing business, non-profit, or ministry.
I have served over 5 million people and 50,000 churches with my ministry and resources, both online and offline. Countless interactions with people throughout the years has given me great insight into what people need to overcome doubt, fear, and external obstacles, and then live to their fullest potential.
A Few of My Guiding Principles:
Be Faithful to Jesus Christ and His Word: We were bought with a price and given the truth so we would live righteously and joyfully for God's glory.
Be a Servant First: Serving others is the cornerstone of what I am called to do. It is amazing God lets me serve Him every day.
Draw Out People's Best: I love to see people thrive. When you are your best it not only fulfills you, but it brings great blessing to everyone around you.
Practice Generosity: In my home our mantra is: Carvers are generous! We are blessed to be a blessing to others.
